Yoga & mindfulness keep me supple & peaceful. I love nature & life, have a sense of humour, am friendly well travelled with an adventurous spirit. I raised my wonderful son & daughter on my own. Family, close friends & aesthetics are important to me. Interests include travel, outdoors, books, writing, meditation, music, movies.
