I consider myself fun, laid back sociable and try and be a kind, decent and caring human being. I believe in living life to the fullest as I we only get one shot so we need to make it count. I've learned not to take life too seriously and am able to laugh at myself, like I often do, when I walk into the kitchen with such determination and a sense of purpose, only to realise I don't have a cooking clue as to why I came into the kitchen in the first place!
