I enjoy most forms of physical activity, including water aerobics , yoga and walking &gym; Gardening gives me pleasure.

Televsion brings the world into your home ;one learns alot .Am an optimist who still believes there is "a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow" - all we have to do is look for it.
