About Him
Not good looking, but, hopefully not too bad either, athletic, do numerous exercises and weights, enjoy outdoor life as well as the beach in summer, also enjoy reading, both fact and fiction and am fairly sports orientated,having been an active athlete for more than 30 years. I have 4 children and, although we don`t all live in the same area, we communicate with each other regularly. Having lived in Southern Central Africa for most of my life, I have an ongoing interest in African Politics.
I am a basically shy person, but once I get to know someone, can become fairly outgoing. I need love and attention and give the same in return to the right person. Not having had a body in my bed for the last 8 years or so, I wouldn`t know what it is like to lie in in the mornings over a weekend, especially in winter and just cuddle up to my partner. I love cuddling, kissing and caressing as much as most people do. I do not show my emotions in public unless I am with the right person, who, I would hope, would return them. I am very much a one woman man.

Have travelled extensively in Africa and Europe over the years. Am also well read and can debate and discuss a large number of different subjects.
