I divide my time sensibly between outdoors and indoors activities. Have done a lot of hiking and road running, the aim being to enjoy the beauty of the country and to maintain a good standard of fitness. Not striving to be anything spectacular, just to enjoy the life and the company of anyone who cares to enjoy it with me.
