Grew up in the Eastern Transvaal bushveld, when not away to school.
Love the open veld and bushveld, but don't show me a tent!
Enjoyed a very free and interesting boyhood.
Lived in England for ten years, because I had a business venture there, certainly would not live there by choice!
Have been to America, Canada, China, Egypt and Europe, each many times, particularly China and Egypt.
Travelled extensively throughout SA, Namibia, Botswana, Malawi, Kenya, etc
