Mmmm, now who am I, what to say, how much to reveal, what to hide ...
- Used to be a serious character, was I, working in the corporate world, long hours, trying to add value somewhere, somehow,
- Became tired of that world, moved on to the world of international consulting, travelling the world, some wonderful experiences, many stuffy hotel rooms,
- But life remains interesting, chance to see other places, eat new foods, meet new people ... try to figure out how the rest of the world operates, what makes them tick, what makes them laugh,
- Read new books, new thoughts ...
- Cook a nice meal, with colourful company, sipping wine, talking, contemplating life.
My passion is reading, and talking about what we've read, what we think about things happening around us. Or sitting in an interesting place, with an attractive companion, with a nice meal, listening to jazz. Maybe in the busy Kowloon, watching Hong Kong harbour, or old Saigon, eating strange food, or in Khutse under a tree. The world is an interesting place, but it could be even better, with a quirky companion with adventurous streak ...
And what about fitness and exercise, you ask ... running is my passion (Parkrun x 200), also mountain biking, kayaking when there is a sea nearby ... big 4x4 for dusty roads ...
