About Him
I love the out doors and travel at a moments notice always works out better than planed trips And I love food.
As for life ever changing challenge come I now do more thing that as a young man I said I would never do IE: ride a motorbike which I started at the age 50 now go everywhere on a motorbike.
I also now go out a lot with the camera and take pictures at the beach or park ( botanic gardens) and any where I go.
Park Run has hijacked my Saturday morning over the past year more than I expected. It started at Ballito Park run but now it’s mainly at Westville Park Run But also at number other venues Ie:
Blue lagoon , unhlanga, thousand hill and more.
I also enjoy an evening jog around my neighbourhood (yellowwood Park/Woodhaven)
Some things to think about!!
1) Honesty is king
2) The only constant in live is Chang be it only a matter of a minute.
3) If you are dead your life is over So enjoy it with all the up and downs it bring.
4) Challenges are there to build you stronger. So face it and win
