Happiest when I'm in the bush or on a mountain or on the beach. I find my peace in nature. Prefer camping to hotels on some days.
I have a career in medicine. I enjoy serious conversation but love a bit of frivolous laughter too. Sometimes silly, just for the joy of it. Not big on following the rules. I love to travel at any opportunity. I am independent and capable, but also have the odd day when I feel less energetic. I am blessed to have fabulous and varied friends.

About Her Ideal Match
I have many excellent friends and a great support and social network so I'm not actively looking for more friends (although, having said that, I have made a few really good friends on this site). I'm also not wanting to email back and forth for months - once an interest is sparked, would prefer to meet up quite quickly.
My potential partner would have his feet on the ground and be financially responsible. But he should have a side to him that's childlike, fun and somewhat impulsive. Someone who would go away for the weekend with half and hour's notice. He should have a curiosity for other cultures and countries and ways of thinking. Open-minded and fair. Love the outdoors and animals and nature. Love children. Not want to socialise every night of the week and have at least a few really good close friends. Care about living in a healthy and conscious way. Quick sense of humour. Absolutely no drugs!
He should live thoughtfully and have an awareness of spirituality, in whatever form that may take.
